License - The Database Update Framework

The Database Update Framework is released as freeware. You are allowed to freely use it and distribute it as long as you don't sell it or distribute the source code as a part of a commercial product.

You are allowed to distribute the compiled tools programs "CreateDbVersionTable.exe" and "SQLConnections.exe" at customer site although doing so is discouraged due to safety precautions. If you need to run the tools there, it is advised to remove them after usage.
